Tuff Shed uses Conga to create state specific sales contracts as well as pulling all the information from KBMAX and Salesforce needed to manufacture and install the buildings. Conga also ensures they are signed off by the customers which has dramatically reduced error rates and complaints.

Tuff Shed not only decreased material usage rates by 1 percent, but achieved a 25 percent decrease in retail discounts. The company was also able to reduce the number of phone calls by 500,000 and reduced job errors for a $2.9M reduction in soft costs. As a whole, Tuff Shed achieved a $7.6M sales increase in 2019.
